Life in Spryfield
Mary-Jane's home turf: a real community, minutes from downtown.
Spryfield is where Mary-Jane grew up, and it is still where she does some of her favourite work. It is one of the last places this close to downtown Halifax where a first-time buyer can realistically get into a detached house with a yard.
It is also a genuine neighbourhood, the kind where the business commission actually knows the businesses. Long Lake Provincial Park is at the doorstep, the Chebucto Peninsula is a short drive, and downtown is fifteen minutes on a good day.

“Mary-Jane was great and managed the sale of our condo very well. We were extremely pleased with her level of commitment to getting us the best price.”
