Life in Halifax

Peninsula neighbourhoods, north-end coffee shops, and a harbour that never stops moving.

Halifax is where most of our clients start looking, and often where they end up staying. The peninsula packs a lot into a small footprint: century homes on tree-lined streets in the south end, converted flats and independent shops in the north end, and the whole thing wrapped around a working harbour.

Prices here move faster than anywhere else we work, and the good listings rarely sit. If Halifax proper is on your list, the most useful thing you can do is get your financing sorted early so we can move the day something right comes up.

What we'd show you first

  • Walkable to work for downtown and hospital commuters

  • Point Pleasant Park, the Common, and the waterfront boardwalk

  • The Halifax Seaport Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings

  • Century homes in the south end, flats and semis in the north

“Mary-Jane went above and beyond for us. She knew what our wants and needs were. She was extremely professional. I would most definitely recommend her for a great real estate agent.”
